Order processing
- Handling time: up to 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 CET are processed the next business day.
- A tracking number will be e-mailed once your order is dispatched.
Transit times & rates
Times below are in business days and exclude customs clearance and public holidays.
Europe — Standard 5–8 • Priority 2–4
Price (both methods currently the same):
1 kit — 16 EUR • 2 — 25 EUR • 3 — 29 EUR • 4 — 34 EUR • 5 — 40 EUR
Norway — 3–5
1 — 399 NOK • 2 — 483 NOK
Limit: up to 2 kits per order.
Duties & taxes (DAP)
- For non-EU destinations, shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place): import duties, taxes and fees are payable by the recipient.
- For EU destinations, prices typically include VAT, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Local customs processing times are outside our control.
Addresses & changes
- Courier delivery may not be available to P.O. Boxes or certain military addresses.
Provide a complete and accurate address. - Address changes are possible before handover to the carrier; after handover, re-routing (if allowed by the carrier) may incur a fee.
Failed delivery & returns
- After 1–2 delivery attempts, the parcel may be taken to a pickup point or returned to sender.
- Re-shipments and refunds of shipping fees depend on the cause (incorrect address, refusal to pay duties, storage expired, etc.).
Damages & lost parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, note it with the courier and e-mail us within 48 hours with photos (outer box, label, contents).
- If tracking stalls for 72+ hours or the parcel appears lost, e-mail support@mozix.store and we’ll open a carrier investigation.
Holidays, peak volumes & force majeure
Seasonal peaks and public holidays may extend transit times. Weather events, air traffic issues and customs inspections can also cause delays.
Note for Europe: Standard and Priority currently have the same promotional price. Rates may change.
