Warranty & Returns

This policy applies to purchases of MOZIX kits within does not limit your statutory rights under EU law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days, EU consumers)

If you purchased online or at distance and you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• To exercise this right, contact us at info @ mozix.com with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal.

• We will provide you with a Return Form, which must be completed and included in the parcel.

• Before shipping the return, you must send us photos confirming that the kit and its original packaging are intact and undamaged.

• Refunds include the product price and our standard delivery cost. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

• We may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

2. Returns Beyond Withdrawal (30 days)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if the kit is:

  • unused,
  • complete (all components, guides, packaging),
  • in the original undamaged packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned goods.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 30 days at sale@mozix.com, including photos and your order number.
  • You may choose a free replacement or a full refund.
  • If the defect is confirmed from photos, return shipment is not required.

4. Legal Guarantee (EU)

Your purchase is covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity: we are liable for any defect existing at delivery and becoming apparent within 1 year. You may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible under the same conditions as returns. Contact us for availability and price adjustments.

6. Order Cancellation (before shipment)

Orders can be canceled before shipping. After shipment, the standard return rules apply.

7. Gifts

Refunds for gifts are issued to the original purchaser. Exchanges can be arranged for the recipient with proof of purchase.

8. Return Procedure

1. Contact info @ mozix.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Provide required photos of the intact kit and packaging.

3. Complete the Return Form provided by us.

4. Ship the goods securely in the original packaging with all components.

5. Use a trackable service and keep proof of postage. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of dispatch (whichever is earlier).
  •  Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • Standard delivery cost is refunded only in case of 14-day withdrawal. Expedited/express shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

10. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Used or partially assembled kits.
  • Kits without original undamaged packaging.
  • Kits missing components or guides.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or assembly.
  • Returns without the completed Return Form.

11. Companion Web Editor

The MOZIX web editor is a browser-based tool provided with the kit. It is not covered by return rights, which apply only to tangible goods.
