Payment

1) Accepted payment methods

We accept the following methods for online orders:

  • Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express

  • Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Bank transfer (SEPA) — on request for B2B orders

Card and wallet payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

2) Currency, pricing & taxes (EU VAT)

All prices for EU consumers are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. At checkout, VAT is calculated by the delivery country rules.

3) Authorization, capture & pre-orders

For in-stock items we charge your payment method at the time of purchase. For pre-orders we may place an authorization hold and capture when the order is ready to ship. If an authorization fails, we’ll notify you to update the payment method; unconfirmed orders may auto-cancel.

4) Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)

We support 3-D Secure (SCA) checks required in the EU/EEA. Your bank may ask you to approve the transaction in its app or via SMS.

 5) Invoices & receipts

A digital receipt is sent to your email after payment. Tax/VAT invoices are available on request for both consumers and businesses.

6) Discounts, coupons & gift cards

One coupon per order unless stated otherwise. Coupons are not redeemable for cash and may exclude shipping or gift cards. If a coupon is used on an order that is later refunded, we refund the amount actually paid.

7) Pricing accuracy & obvious errors

We try to keep pricing accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error on the site, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment.

8) Fraud screening & account safety 

We use automated and manual checks to prevent fraud. We may decline, hold, or request additional verification (e.g., billing/shipping match or ID for high-value orders). This protects customers and the brand.

9) Chargebacks & disputes

If there is an issue, contact us first at info @ mozix.com — most problems are solved quickly via refund or replacement. If you file a chargeback, we will provide documentation to your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.

10) Cancellations before shipment

You can request a cancellation before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, please follow our Refund & Returns Policy for a return after delivery.

11) Refunds to the original method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank (typically 3–10 business days after we process the refund).

12) Data protection & security

Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant provider. We do not store full card details. Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.
